By decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. 793 of July 25, 2006, Alexander Grundner-Culemann was awarded the National Order of Merit of the Republic of Paraguay "Don José Falcón".
Awarded by the mayor on 14 March 2023 "Medal of Honour for Voluntary Work" of the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Podolia Oblast, Ukraine, as part of the 34th rotation of the Siret mission of the Westfälische Genossenschaft des Johanniterordens.
